Self-supporting seamed arched halls consist of steel arched profiles which are 305 mm, 680 mm and 800 mm wide. Profiles are made directly at the building site using special forming and bending machines K-SPAN. We offer 10 basic shapes of halls with a width of 6-56 m and a variable length. Halls are made of double side painted steel strips or high quality galvanized / alu-zinc steel strips. The final design is chosen by the customer from a wide spectrum of colors and patterns. The individual profiles of the hall are joined together by a special seaming machine.
The supply of a hall includes building documentation, static assessment and fire resistance report (additional charge from 38 000,- CZK without VAT). The hall is built at the customer’s location by specialists and from quality material with above average guarantee. You can also choose additional building modifications such as insulation, ventilation, windows, doors and portals. If preferred, it is possible to supply just a chosen part of the above works.
Screw-jointed arched hall – modular

Self-supporting screw-jointed arched halls consists of separate steel profiles 680 mm wide made at ATTL factory by a special rolling and bending machine K-SPAN. Profiles are made in advance. Standard types of profiles are on stock. We offer several shapes and sizes of halls with a width of 6-24 m. Halls are made of double side painted steel strips or high quality galvanized / alu-zinc steel strips. The individual panels are jointed together using standard screws.
The supply of a hall includes parts packed on pallets, bolts and nuts and building documentation, static assessment and fire resistance report (additional charge from 38 000,- CZK without VAT).
The hall can be built by the customer himself or, if chosen, the hall can be built by our professional team.
